Boroughbridge is our most diminutive development, with just six plots remaining. The lodges are set out to make the most of the beautiful grassy area. We allow managed lettings at Boroughbridge, meaning you can earn from your investment as well as enjoy the weeks of your choice. Each plot comes with the offer of a free mooring on the River Ure for those budding nautical types, from where you can travel upstream to Ripon and downstream to York and on out to the sea.
Plots at Boroughbridge start from a very reasonable £85,000 for a lodge with self catering bookings included, or £120,000 for a brand new twin lodge with modern décor and a contemporary feel.
