The Lee Valley Regional Park is a great day out for families of any age. With a huge array of activities from white water rafting to cycling you will be spoilt for choice, or you could simply take a leisurely stroll and take in the countryside around you.

Epping Forest is another splendid example of the green space in the area. To the west of Theobalds Park, this forest offers almost 6000 acres of public space to enjoy. Epping Forest is also cited as a Site of Specific Scientific Interest, due largely to its ancient wood pastures and resulting wildlife conservation. A great day out for walkers, budding botanists and wildlife lovers alike.
