How much do they cost to own?
Prices start from £220,000 for a Lodge with a 50 year agreement.

When can I use my Lodge?
You can use your Lodge throughout the season when the park is open. The park is open from 1st March to 15th January annually. 

What additional charges can I expect?
There is an annual site rent and rates to pay. These are approximately £3355 (inc. VAT) per year for a single Lodge and £4799 for a twin Lodge for the 2010 season.
