How much do they cost to own?
Prices start from £85,000 for a rental twin Lodge with a 50 year agreement.

When can I use my Lodge?
You can use your Lodge throughout the season when the park is open. The park is open all year round, however your Lodge must be vacated for at least one month of the year consecutively. Which month you choose is at your discretion.

What additional charges can I expect?
There is an annual site rent and rates to pay. These are approximately £2994 (inc. VAT) per year for a twin Lodge for the 2010 season.
