Q: How do I pay for electricity and gas?
A: Both your electricity and gas are metered - therefore costs will be dependent on your usage. You will pay the same cost per unit that The Club is charged by the utility company - we will not add any additional charges.
Q: How is the park maintained?
A: All of our sites are regularly maintained to a high standard, in particular the gardens and areas surrounding your holiday home.
Q: How secure is the site?
A: The Holiday Site Manager and Assistants live on the site. Any visitor to site is required to check in at reception on arrival and departure.
Usage
Q: Can my friends use my unit?
A: Yes as long as you inform the site manager in advance.
Q: Can ownership be shared?
A: Yes, in fact shared ownership between family and friends would maximise the usage of these properties.
Q: Can I sub-let my lodge?
A: You can sub-let if you are looking to buy a lodge on our Boroughbridge, Rhandirmwyn or Winchcombe sites. For more information please call us on 0844 770 6860.
Q: When can I use my lodge?
A: You can use your lodge throughout the season when the park is open. The park is open all year round, however your lodge must be vacated for at least one month of the year consecutively. Which month you choose is at your discretion.
Fees and Warranty
Q: Do Exclusive Lodges come with a warranty?
A: All new Exclusive Lodges come with a 10 year building warranty
Q: Are there any additional charges?
A: There is an annual site rent and rates to pay. These vary dependent on the park.
Q: Would my family have to pay inheritance tax on my lodge?
A: No, all our lodges are exempt from inheritance tax.
