Q: Am I covered by insurance?

A: All units must be insured. You can arrange your own insurance but competitive quotes are available through The Camping and Caravanning Club, call 02476 475320 to find out more.

Q: Can I sub-let my lodge?

A: The lodge is exclusively yours but you are welcome to invite family and friends to stay.

Q: How much do they cost to own?

A: Prices start from £110,950 for a single lodge and £179,000 for a twin lodge.

Q: How secure are the parks?

A: The Holiday Park Managers live within the park. All visitors are requested to check in at reception on arrival and departure.

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: There is a manufacturers warranty with all lodges.

Q: What additional charges can I expect?

A: There is an annual site rent and rates to pay. 

These are approximately £3,250 at Winchcombe, £4,000 per year for a twin lodge and £2,850 for a single lodge at Lakeside. £2,250 for site fees at Rhandirmwyn.

Q: What electricity and gas charges are there?

A: Gas and electricity are metered and your costs will be dependant upon how much you use.

Q: What maintenance is provided?

A: The parks are regularly maintained to a high standard, in particular the gardens and areas surrounding the Lodge Holiday Homes.

Q: When can I use my Lodge?

A: Keswick season dates are from 1 March until 15 November.

At Winchcombe the seasons runs from 16 March until 15 January.

Finally at Rhandirmwyn the dates are 29 March until 29 October.
